1. Just a little ...

   My name is Robyn. I am 52, married with one son and live in Mississippi. I have been practicing yoga since 1996 and received my teacher certification about 4 years ago. I, and my friend and business partner Terri, own The Yoga Center in Tupelo and are blessed with five devoted instructors and a small, but mighty yoga community. My yoga practice has been beneficial in bringing me out of many years of suffering with panic disorder. For me yoga is about a daily meditation practice, followed by learning to breathe and staying focused in my breath, and using the breath to move me into the asanas. I am not a power yoga person, but I do feel that my yoga practice is powerful.

   I had my first workshop with Erich in 2004 and have enjoyed learning from him and at each venue meeting wonderful people through the Moving Into Stillness Forum. So many knowledgeable, loving people … I feel honored to be able to experience meeting everyone and being able to study with Erich in person. I feel at home here.

   I recommend the practice of yoga to anyone.
